In this brand new format, Three couples who are engaged, or thinking about it, are given the opportunity to prepare for their future life together by taking part in a crash course on relationship skills during a two-day pre-marriage boot camp at a country house. Over six episodes the pairs undergo a series of eye-opening, specially designed tests and therapies, aided by psychologist Allison Keating and psychoanalyst Ray O’Neill, tackling everything from personal finances to family planning. The opening episode features Lance West and Victoria Green from Carlow, who moved in together a week after their first date and who are trying to figure out if marriage is for them.
Our editor, Malcolm Moloney joined guest editors Pat Hodgins and Rónán Ó Muirgheasa to cut the series. We also completed all of the sound and picture post on this Independent Pictures produced show.
