Aisling Gilsenan: Chief Operating Officer

Aisling has spent over fifteen years working as a Post Production Supervisor in the Film & Television industry. After graduating from the School of Media at Technological University Dublin Aisling spent 6 years in London's busy post house Evolutions TV. There she managed high profile, large volume projects like Four in a Bed, The Only Way is Essex and First Dates.

Since joining EGG Post Production in 2015, Aisling has post produced over 30 feature films, 20 primetime TV drama series and 100’s of documentaries. Her recent credits include Lies We Tell, Ransom 79, Borderline and Any Given Day: Cork University Hospital.

Thanks to her extensive knowledge of the world of post production and exemplary client relation skills, EGG was delighted to appoint her as Chief Operating Officer in January 2026.

As well as love for colour coding spreadsheets, she is a keen 10km runner and mother to 3 little ones!
