Davina brings the heart to EGG VFX. With over 16 years of experience in people management and studio operations, she shapes a culture where artists feel supported, workflows run smoothly, and creative teams thrive.

Before joining EGG, Davina spent three and a half years at MPC, working across the entire VFX pipeline on major productions including BAFTA-winning House of the Dragon, Mufasa: The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Prey, Nope, and House of Gucci. She specialized in building systems that worked for people—not the other way around.

At EGG VFX, Davina supports artists across productions like Doctor Who, The Apprentice, A Kind of Spark, and Hallow Road. She champions inclusion, wellbeing, and professional development with a deep belief that culture and care are just as critical as delivery.

A lifelong film lover, Davina considers it a genuine privilege to work in this industry. For her, it's not just about getting things done—it's about helping people do what they love while making sure they feel good doing it.
