Identifying, engaging, and managing talent was central to Drew’s success for over a decade as a company owner, and Series and Executive Producer. Drew has 5 IFTA nominations in high-end television formats, including Series Producer credits on Who Do You Think You Are?, Dragons’ Den, and Ireland’s Greatest, and also created a hidden camera format TMI, co-funded by DRG and launched at MIPCOM 2016.

As MD of EGG VFX his people skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities have been invaluable in building and managing large and diverse production teams and resolving conflict. Always focused on delivering premium content on time and on budget, while ever mindful of the needs of clients, broadcasters, funding bodies and commercial partners.

Beyond creative leadership, Drew's financial expertise spans 15 years across Strike Films, Mint Productions, and now EGG VFX, managing everything from S481 applications to complex multi-partner funding structures.
