Joy grew up watching every possible 'behind the scenes' and 'making of' she could get her eyes on. Falling in love with everything from Lord of The Rings to Top Secret! and realising she absolutely had to one day work in film/television. After gobbling up more movie knowledge during her Media Studies degree in Maynooth (if there's an obscure fact for a table quiz, Joy will know it!), Joy detoured through hospitality before arriving as EGG's front of house in 2022 and transitioning seamlessly into the production & bookings department, where she has worked on everything from short films to documentaries, TV series, features and more.
