Alex is EGG VFX's Head of 3D and has an extensive background in Effects simulations and 3D pipelines. Based in Vancouver for a decade, he was an FX artist at Scanline and ILM before becoming FX department supervisor at Image Engine. Having also set up a boutique FX studio, Alex brings a unique perspective and experience to facility management to complement his technical knowledge.
Some of his notable projects include supervising a VES nominated massing destruction sequence in Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore; creating a dynamic fx driven character on Venom: Let There Be Carnage; as well as credits on The Mandalorian, Obi- Wan Kenobi and Spider- Man: Far from Home.
Marc attended Pulse College where he studied Game Development before moving into the world of VFX as a compositor. Before joining EggVFX, Marc previously worked with MPC, Axis Studios and Screen Scene.
He has worked on internationally acclaimed features and series such as The Irishman, Spiderman: No Way Home, Fifty Shades, Flag Day and The Strain
Career highlights include working with EggVFX on BAFTA nominated Intergalactic and most recently on The Woman King.
A graduate of Ballyfermot of Further Education and Edinburgh Napier University, Eoin has over 10 years of experience working in VFX as a compositor. He has worked for multiple VFX studios in both Dublin and London. Productions include Game of Thrones, The Irishman, Captain Marvel and Intergalactic. He brings a great knowledge of working on fast paced productions and loves helping new VFX artists to learn and grow in the industry.
Eoin has previously worked for Screen Scene, Windmill Lane, Brown Bag Films, JAM Media as well as Double Negative in London.
Alysia Alysia has 10 years of experience in VFX for Film & TV and has worked for a range of VFX vendors including MPC and Outpost VFX. Highlights include working as part of the BAFTA and Oscar winning VFX team for Disney’s The Jungle Book (2016), working on franchises such as Jurassic Park and Bond. Other projects include high end TV series such as Black Mirror (Netflix), Jack Ryan (Amazon Prime), Catherine the Great & Watchmen (HBO), See & Bad Sisters (Apple TV).
Alysia has also been a participating member of BFI Network x Bafta Crew, BIFA and Sundance London Voting Jury.
Prior to focusing specifically on feature films and TV, Alysia has experience working in commercials and music videos. Credits include but are not limited to: Barclays, Starbucks, Kenwood, Miley Cyrus, One Republic and Joss Stone.
As part of our EGG VFX team, our coordinators are an integral part of the in-house dynamic working closely with our VFX artists ensuring that all tasks are kept on track. They oversee and ensure the delivery of assets while managing a team
of artists in-house and work closely with our Producers.
Emily studied Media Production Management and TV & Film Production in Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
Since starting with us here in EGG VFX her first big screen credit was on the Hollywood blockbuster, 'The Woman King'.
Outside of VFX, Emily loves taking photographs on film.
Becca studied film production in Ballyfermot College of Further Education and has a passion for the art of filmmaking.
Already in her young career, she has experience in both production and post-production having worked with Kite Entertainment and JAM Media.
Since joining EGG VFX she has worked on various features and series such as Sunlight, Tarrac, Evil Dead Rise, Bad Sisters, The Woman King and Rose.
Eoin graduated from Ballyfermot of Further Education in 2013 with a BA in Animation. As a fresh-out-of-collegegraduate he kicked off his career working with post production houses such as Giant Animation, Piranha Bar and vStream Digital Media. At vStream Digital Media, Eoin initially worked as a CG artist but realigned his focus on Pipeline.
Since joining Egg VFX, he has been busy upgrading the Pipeline. His knowledge and expertise is integral to the smooth running of all technical operations in-house.
